The Utah Regional Growth Association (UTRGA) is a 501(c)(4) that focuses on driving private capital into underserved regions in the state. The UTRGA was formed from a program that was first launched at the Utah Association of Counties (UAC) in 2019. The program provided private and public financing technical expertise to communities throughout the state leading to over a $1 Billion of private capital investment in multiple communities.
