Stan Summers

Commissioner Stan Summers is serving his 3rd term as a County Commissioner in Box Elder County. He is the longest serving Commissioner in Box Elder County. As a Commissioner, Summers portfolio includes economic development and planning. Summers’ distinguished career in public service includes appointments to NADO National Board, Board President of UAC, and Board Chair of the Bear River Association of Governments. Previous to his time in public service, Commissioner Summers has owned and operated several successful businesses, working in manufacturing plants, and driven a school bus. He brings a unique perspective to the UTRGA with his background and knowledge.
